1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DOMICILEGO ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website at web3learnhub.com, joining our WhatsApp community, or using any of our services (collectively, the "Service"), you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
• You have also reviewed and agree to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DOMICILEGO operates an educational community platform that provides:

• Public educational content about Web3.0, blockchain technology, AI, and quantitative digital analysis.
• Access to curated WhatsApp community groups where members can learn, share, connect, and grow together.
• Educational insights, market commentary, and AI-powered educational perspectives (for informational purposes only).
• Community support through WhatsApp, Telegram, and email channels.

All content and discussions are provided for educational purposes only — see Sections 7, 8, and 9 for important disclaimers.

3. Eligibility & Community Membership

To join the DOMICILEGO community and use the Service, you must satisfy all of the following:

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• Your use of the Service does not violate any laws or regulations in your country of residence.
• You have not been previously banned, suspended, or removed from any DOMICILEGO community.
• You will comply with all Community Guidelines listed in Section 4.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to approve, deny, or terminate any membership at any time, with or without cause or notice.

4. Community Guidelines

As a member of our WhatsApp and extended community, you agree to abide by these guidelines:

• Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, discrimination, threats, or personal attacks of any kind.
• No spam or promotion. Do not post external commercial links, paid services, referral codes, or unrelated projects without prior moderator approval.
• No illegal content. Do not share material that infringes copyright, violates privacy, or promotes fraud, money laundering, or unlawful financial activity.
• No shilling or pump-and-dump schemes. Do not manipulate opinions about specific assets or coordinate trading activity.
• Use appropriate channels. Keep discussions on-topic for the group you are in and follow any posted rules.
• Protect privacy. Do not disclose other members' personal information without their explicit consent.

Violations may result in an immediate warning, temporary mute, or permanent ban from all DOMICILEGO communities.

5. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

In connection with the Service, you agree NOT to:

• Impersonate another person, moderator, or member of the DOMICILEGO team.
• Attempt to circumvent any security, authentication, or rate-limiting features of our website or APIs.
• Use automated bots, crawlers, scrapers, or scripts to access the Service or to perform automated clicks on community-join links.
• Reproduce, copy, sell, or resell any portion of the Service without our express written permission.
• Use the Service to defraud, deceive, or mislead any other user or third party.
• Encourage or assist any third party in doing any of the above.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Ownership

Unless otherwise indicated, all content on the DOMICILEGO website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, designs, illustrations, animations, and page layouts — is the exclusive property of DOMICILEGO and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and display the content of the Service on your personal device for your own private, non-commercial, educational use. All other uses require our prior written consent.

6.3 User-Submitted Content

By posting messages, comments, or other content into any DOMICILEGO community channel, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, moderate, or remove that content as necessary to operate the Service. You retain ownership of content you create and are fully responsible for it.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DOMICILEGO EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any content or information provided through the Service.

No information, whether oral or written, obtained from DOMICILEGO or through the Service creates any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DOMICILEGO, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party, including other community members;
• Any content obtained from the Service, including statements, opinions, or educational commentary;
• Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) $100 USD or (b) the total amount paid, if any, by you to DOMICILEGO in the twelve (12) months preceding the date of the claim. This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. No Investment, Financial, Trading or Legal Advice

• None of the content, insights, discussions, or educational material shared by DOMICILEGO, its moderators, or community members constitutes professional financial or investment advice.
• We are not a licensed financial advisor, broker-dealer, investment fund, or legal advisor.
• Web3, cryptocurrency, decentralized finance, and AI-driven quantitative strategies are highly volatile and speculative. You may lose your entire principal.
• Always conduct your own research ("DYOR"), understand the risks involved, and consult with a qualified professional before making any financial, legal, or tax-related decisions.
• Past performance or hypothetical educational examples are not indicative of future results.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that any reliance on information, opinions, or discussions shared within the DOMICILEGO community is at your own risk.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with or links to platforms owned by third parties, including but not limited to WhatsApp (Meta), Telegram, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.

• These third parties have their own terms of service and privacy policies. You agree that DOMICILEGO is not liable for any act or omission of any third-party provider.
• Any relationship or transaction you enter into with a third party found through our Service is solely between you and that third party.
• Community members are advised to independently verify the identity and credentials of anyone purporting to represent DOMICILEGO. Our team will never ask you for private keys, passwords, or funds.

11. Termination of Membership

We may, in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, including but not limited to situations where you:

• Violate any provision of these Terms or the Community Guidelines;
• Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity;
• Disrupt the community experience for other members through repeated negative conduct;
• Are required to be removed by a lawful request from a competent authority.

You may cease using the Service and leave any community group at any time, for any reason, without notice to us.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DOMICILEGO, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, moderators, partners, licensors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Service;
• Your violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Your violation of any third-party right, including but not limited to intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
• Any content or communication you submit, post, or share in DOMICILEGO communities.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and provide reasonable notice through a prominent notice on the website or within the community. Your continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable where the user resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 calendar days of notice, it shall be submitted to binding, confidential arbitration under the rules of a mutually acceptable neutral arbitral body, rather than a jury or class action proceeding.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent immediate, irreparable harm.
